So needed help from you guys to decide which one will be better to join in terms of work life balance, flexibility, yearly hike and employee benefits. Really appreciate your inputs on this. EYP will offer the best balance of brand value, pay, and WLB.
The tech group within EYP is super cool with interesting work. I work with them in almost all the deals I get into and appreciate the value they bring as well as the leadership they provide for the ovwrall deal success.
Well, Deal Tech is not your typical IT, is it?
DT folks I have worked with are knowledgeable in deals and the level of tech understanding that is required.

Agreed EYP10, this sounds biased. A&M has a really strong brand in the niche they are playing (probably stronger than EYP in it‘s niche). The question is more if you want to play in that niche or want to have more a generalist path, where the broader EY brand might come in handy
WLB us
Money A&M
Prestige BCG although I don‘t know much about Platinion but only heard they are perceived 2nd class compared to overall BCG
FWIW, SSG at EYP is much better regarded for tech centric DD than MBB
What is LOI and IOI.
ITDD - probably A&M PEPI. BCG rates don’t really make sense for pure ITDD
SC1 - rates are lower although it depends how the case is sold by the leadership, comp depends on the country but generally a bit lower as well than BCG

Anyone knows the tech DD at Bain? Any insights?
