Lottery
Absolutely.
Possibly if they forced return to office.
No one I work with lives in my area, so there wouldn’t even be any collaboration benefits. I’m 50% more efficient from my home setup with 4 monitors than I would be in an office, especially one without assigned desks that you can set up to your liking. And I’d have to buy another car since right now there’s no reason to have two cars between me and my wife.
Not going to buy a car so I can sit in traffic to get to a location that makes me less productive.
A great salary, benefits and a new car for the commute. It would be nice to work at home but it’s not necessar.
Nothing because it is way too hard to get a decent job out here that pays well therefore, I wouldn’t dare just up and quit and I most certainly do not want to work outside of the government if possible because the pay is not comparable and on top of that, they make it super easy in the private sector to fire you although the government is trying to do the same, it’s not the same. I’ve been laid off so many times in the private sector that I can’t even count. Therefore, nothing could make me quit you will have to fire me first.
I don't know, actually. I'm pretty comfortable where I'm at. I'm hoping to stay here.
