What would you do if your micromanaging AM with no AD leaves your company. And shortly after you get micromanaging AD with no AM. We still have no AM replacement, and my AD does not seem like her role either. I’m not sure whether to stay or leave my current place.

I’m looking for suggestions/tips on where to start with a business idea. For years I’ve been wanting to open my own business (store front). I’m currently attending part time school and have a great full time job with excellent pay; however, as of two weeks ago, I had this feeling that I needed to go after my dream. Need some advice: I currently do corp dev and FP&A for a smaller company and just got an offer for about double my salary at a F200 company. The catch is I would no longer be doing corp dev, just FP&A. I was on it one time for about 10 minutes and could feel myself becoming mentally unwell in just those 10 minutes.
