What would you guys choose? Program manager L5 at Google (sales ops - incentives, setting targets, etc) or current position at corporate strategy at a legacy tech company (HPE, Cisco, etc.) where there’s a good opportunity to being promoted to engagement manager within the next six months (currently managing a junior member). Salaries are more or less the same (a bit lower at Google due to COL). Goals are to eventually manage a p&l or transition to product management.

I’m thinking about transitioning to In-House from a big law firm where I practice Employee Benefits. Will employers consider me without the typical “corporate” or “litigation” experience?

Should you cite stats in an assessment or does that make it read too much like an academic paper?
