What's a good credit card to have for points?

Just started working and am now able to open 401k so did that. Before I set my contribution rate for it I want to figure out the Roth IRA I just opened with chase because I’m not eligible for employer match yet. I have 32k in taxable brokerage with chase. Can I just move 6k from there into my Ira and if so is that the smartest way to go about it? So then for 2020 that’s maxed and then will set my 401k contribution so it over the 26 pay periods in 2021 it will max the 19.5k limit?

Some good news! I am so happy I put some of my consulting skills to use today to help my dad who is a math professor.
