Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

Have worked in a consulting firm and so know about the wlb there!

So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.

Are there gonna be more rounds of interview..? If not, what is expected timeline they take to make the final decision..?

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Does anyone else have that one person who is more senior than you that is just always so condescending while adding no value themselves? I have a director who I work with (not in my direct mgmt line) that just treats everyone on my team so poorly, so I act as the shield and it’s so annoying how someone who is so disrespectful and honestly not super value-added only ask for data/questions and not provide any genuine input or recommendations.
