On average, the starting salary for an entry-level data analyst can range from $50,000 to $70,000 per year. The job outlook for data analysts is generally positive. The demand for skilled data analysts has been steadily increasing in recent years as more companies recognize the value of data-driven decision-making.
I would think there are probably some scam jobs out there that pay $15 -$20 but they probably wouldn't be worth your time
Was it difficult to find your first role as a DA? How many jobs did you apply to? How many interviews did you have? What are your qualifications to do the job? Thanks
At my data entry role I sadly only make about $36,000 a year but I only have my Associate's degree...looking to climb the ladder though
Data entry is a lot different than being a data analyst, you might be in the wrong bowl
Depends on what particular area of the country you're working in. If you're in a place like North Carolina you're not going to get the same as a place like Pittsburgh
Honestly, the need for these kinds of roles appears to remain pretty consistent. I made $60k in my first year but it's going to get bumped to $65k for sure this year.
Currently in an entry analytics position as my first job after grad school, it pays 66k plus bonus and unlimited PTO which is neat. Shoot for big corporate instead of SM firms. Much better benefits even the pay is meh.
My DA1’s start at 29. Generally average 30-34
