I asked for 21 LPA, and HR said 17LPA max we can offer.

Their recruiters have no idea about salary bands or job roles. They just blindly schedule the interviews. When asked about the budget, they say it will be nearby your expectations. LOL

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

There was a time i got 7 lkh offer and i was over the moon, back in 2014. Now have offer of 30 lkh, still not happy.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. How much time does Naviga global take to send offer letter. My HR round was done on 3rd of September.

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

Can we share one company offer letter to another company ??

Got a new job offer letter. But my existing company wants to retain me with pay revision so I submitted my offer letter of new job to them.
