There is no bench policy. I have seen people on bench for 4-5 months. Only thing which is concerning here is getting project. Projects are of short duration and its really difficult to crack project interviews nowadays specially if you are in Epam India

I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?

I want to go back to work in the dental field. I was an assistant for 10+ years. I miss helping people smile. But trying to find work that I can do within school hours is so hard!
