It is easier to build a perfect product than to sell it
Selling isn’t the hard part for us, finding good tech people is. It’s better to ship fast and iterate
Current struggle is trying to get this thing off the ground while still working full time. I'm too afraid to pull the trigger and quite my FT job, but I'm at the point where I'm unable to give 100% to either. I'm sure it's time, but fear is holding me back.
What industry are you in?
Trying to find people who are highly skilled and want to work at a startup. There's less stability and the future is unknown, but highly skilled people are needed.
Highly skilled also want higher pay, most people aren’t real entrepreneurs, where have you looked
For me it's all about time. I have an amazing company that could do incredible things, but I'm too busy putting food on the table for my kids. I wish there were two of me so I could really focus on what I know would be successful. Or, a live-in nanny would be nice!
Why not hire a live in nanny? Have you looked into it?
