What’s the deal with IFS finance? I’ve applied like a 10x and got invited to interview 2x. Both times I’ve been told they hired someone internally or with a referral. Normally if a company thinks ur terrible interviewer they don’t even give a reason why you weren’t picked, you just get the rejection email. I was even told that I performed well in the interview the first time. This 2nd time I got a referral and they interviewed me but still not chosen. What da heck. Venting a bit lol

Got to a modeling round for a PE Firm and it’s later today. Really like the people but not a big fan of the investment strategy. Wondering if withdrawing from the process right now would hurt my relationship with the HH’s?

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.
