Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

This type of job is one of the first cut because it's a luxury not a necessity. It's also typically pretty thankless. Most people want to just do their work, not get dragged into workflows about changing their existing workflows.
I have a friend who is an experienced Change Manager and she has been looking for a new job for over a year. It is one of those jobs - like Tech Writer or Designer - that is the first to be laid off and the last to be rehired.
The conventional wisdom is that OCM is an ascendant discipline as organizations navigate a lot of changes, ranging from new tech to new employment paradigms. I suppose things like AI coming into the workplace would become an issue, as would handling how people work in hybrid or remote scenarios. In today's world I don't know if anything is layoff proof, but I gather OCM people would have a lot of road ahead of them.
