Relience Jio - 23 LPA fixed, 2.5 LPA variable and 1 LPA retention
Nagarro - 22.80 LPA fixed, 1.2 LPA variable, permanent WFH
Societe generale - 22 LPA fixed, 5 LPA variable

Please suggest which will be good to join in terms of wlb and job security.

My current package is 6 lakh and at time of screening I said expected 10 lakh , should I tell I expect 11 lakh in managerial round or different nos will lead to rejection.Also salary negotiable is done by manager only? Experience - 3 years 3 month

I am currently working with EY GDS and had an interview with Deloitte USI.

The HR will get back within this week after discussion with the technical team on the role based on years of experience and interview.
Role offered - Either of Lead Solution Advisor / Senior Solution Advisor
Total experience is 6 years.
Please throw some light on what role is typically offered with 6 years of experience and what salary bracket is for both the designations.

Are cover letters important if they don’t ask for one? There are so many job postings and applicants I can’t tell if they would be beneficial to show effort or just a waste of time to write with how little time I assume people are looking at applications with the mass hiring going on. How much are EY experienced hire sign bonus?

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

My joining date is on second week of Oct with Tiger Analytics. I have seen few posts that they are postponing joining dates. I am planning to join Tiger. Will there be any issue further. Yoe:3.5 yrs

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

Is there a definitive guide to cost of living? The obvious cost of living centers (SF, NYC, LA etc.) get covered a lot, but I’m wondering where my city falls. It’s a modest Midwest city with ~100k residents but is a relatively touristy spot. It often feels like a MCOL area but I’m not sure how to adequately judge that, and it would be helpful to know when comparing salaries and the like.
