Annual Performance bonus will be getting from 5** grade
They will be getting only CEO bonus...

I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

I did a first round with them so I can only speak to that, but it was pretty easy - the manager asked me to walk him through my resume, asked about different standards and governance models I had used (I was interviewing with cyber strategy & risk), how I’ve done risk assessments, and then gave me an overview of what the position was (who I would be taking over from, what the work would be like). Deloitte has the best Cyber practice but i was interviewing with Fed for a contract specific role, and the position just seemed like taking a step back for me so I didn’t end up going through the rest of the process.

General phone screen with recruiter > 45 min call with manager to discuss your experience and skill set (examples) > 2 45 min Skype calls with PPMD, they asked generic behavioral questions (tell me a time when...)
