I recently joined Barclays and I have one doubt regarding bonus part in my salary which is not officially mentioned anywhere in my offer.

Can anyone please tell how we get annual bonus in % on Below Salary components.
Is it on BASIC SALARY or ANNUAL SALARY or TOTAL FIXED PAY.

I got a dream opportunity to work in the field making about the same or 10% more. I told myself the only reason I'd leave this company is for this type of job. My lwd in hcl was 30th August and Yesterday I received my hold salary of June and plus leaves encashment but I didn't received the variable pay amount although my appraisal cycle was already completed 4 days before my lwd .I joined hcl on 5th may 2021 and lwd was 30 August 2022. They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

I have applied to several positions up Google. I have not heard anything back at all. No matter if I customize my résumé to the job description I still don’t hear anything back. I am wondering as to why Google ghost people instead of just telling them that they didn’t get the job? Do people on Google believe it is appropriate for the recruiters just a ghost people especially if they feel they don’t match the job?
