YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? I don’t have my side business listed on my resume because I don’t feel like I have enough positive “stats” to report yet given it’s new. Any advice or recommendations?

How would someone coming from mostly retail wireless sales get into the tech sales industry? I have been a top performer in every sales job that I have had since I started my career almost 10 years ago. I don't have a degree which I feel might be keeping me from getting my foot in the door but I know I would be amazing in this field. I currently work out in the field selling to customers that have no idea I am coming and I consistently perform at the top of my market.

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote.
