For EYP I started at $90k post MBA 😂
At Deloitte Canada:
- if promoted from C, around 85-90k for first year SC
- if external hire (depending on experience) 90-105k
The salary difference within the firm itself is crazy. Leaders in Cyber mentioned salaries will be adjusted to align with legacy consulting, so we will see if things change
In 2021 when I joined as a S-Con it was 95k base. I moved laterally and was a S-Con at 122k in 2022 base. Not a S-Con anymore. But 105-125 is the range I hear.

This is company-based.. you need to specify which firm. For example, my salary range for S& was $140k-160k base + 30% performance bonus
It really does depend on the firm/practice. Some regional accounting firm's consulting division is like $80k whereas MBB is like $200k.
BMO Corp Strat will give their tier1 SM hires 160 - and that was early/mid last year. 170 is their "hard cap"
No first hand experience for that role specifically. But the Manager role (M is the most junior rank they have) has a publicly stated range of $75 - $139K. Safe to assume Corp Strat pays on the higher end of range -> 120/130 is in play.
M in industry in this case is a decent proxy for SC in Consulting
