I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

However I had been interviewing with another firm and expecting an offer I know this is not the best practice but is it allowed to accept another offer even though H1 transfer has been approved through another employer? Planning a trip to Rome and Naples with day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii. Is 1 week enough? I feel like reading through 3/4 day Rome and 2 day Naples itineraries, the trip seems rushed. I have unlimited PTO but my SO is limited in time (but luckily he can work extra hrs and then use less PTO). I would say max we could do is 1.5 weeks but adding on 3-5 more days seems almost too much? Thoughts? For reference, I did Venice-Florence-Rome in a week and it seemed okay but it also wasn’t as planned out
