What’s the starting band of salary for an AM in HR at KGS? And how is the salary structure in terms of fixed and variable? Also what’s the YOE an AM is hired at?

I had my kind of hr round with TCS
They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
Its been 2 days. No update. Can anyone guide. Why 2 hr rounds ? N how much time it takes?
