I have an asset purchase of a retail store transaction. Seller is keeping the second location. Seller is licensing the name from the buyer. Working on a divorce where the father is claiming that he is unemployed because of the previous administration’s actions with DACA (he was brought to the States as a child). I know that the memo rescinding DACA was ultimately vacated—but OC is unsure whether this would count as voluntary unemployment for child support purposes.
