Are you worried about how quickly AI support is growing?

The learning and design content I write belongs to the company where I work. Am I able to add and/or share my work in my portfolio? Is it acceptable to create some generic content to demonstrate my skill set?

Is it a red flag to not use your current employer as a reference or would this not be noticed? I have other references I want to use who I think can better attest to my skills for the job but don’t want it to raise any questions.

Okay finance gurus, I have an idea and interested in your thoughts. Might be a bad one so be gentle 🙂. I have a 2 yr old and another on the way. Need to start planning for college. I was thinking of buying a condo or 2 in lieu of saving and selling them down the line for tuition. Condos downtown are pretty inexpensive (T3) so it’s financially feasible. But is this a good idea or too risky?

Partners and MDs - a partner is trying to recruit me into a new practice they are building out. They have senior leadership support but still facing uphill political battle. It'll be a good opportunity for my path to partner if the new practice is a success. But I'm very much concerns about the downside risk. What would you suggest I consider before making the decision? Any big law associates looking to transfer out of Texas in light of the new laws repressing women's rights? My firm has an office in Colorado and a group of 4-5 of us have been discussing transferring today. Rent/Housing is roughly the same in the two states.
