50% for every $1, up to annual limit

likeuplifting

Yeah it’s 9.75K if you max out which is obviously the best thing to do if you can afford it. Basically extra salary

smart

Full match for 3%, 50% match for the next 2%

Effectively 4% as long as you contribute 5% or more.

Company doesn’t match until one year of service, but company contributions are vested immediately

0% at KPMG because we are so poor and can't afford it.

funnylike

No match, automatic contribution of 7.5-12% of total comp (dependent on role, not tenure). Feel lucky for sure

likehelpful

North America specific

5% for consultants, 10% for project leaders and above. Not a match though - it is contributed no matter what.

like

3% I think

like

You don't have to work there for x years either, which is cool

likesmart

9.3%

Which company?

25% on your first 6% (effectively 1.5%)

The pension isn’t great. At 3 years, my balance in the pension will be about 12K

0% for MDs

At Accenture our MDs don't get a 401k match but they do have stock grants as well as stock matching purchases (e.g. for every 2 shares you buy Accenture will give you 1 up to 30% of your base salary)

like

3% on the first 6% at cognizant

I see what you did there Ron Burgundy.

like

When are you fully vested at Accenture?

2 yrs

No match, but 3.75% of total comp (after 1 year of service) regardless of own election. There’s an IRS cap of ~$11k per year.

Flat $21k is for MDs. All others are capped at an IRS limit of $285k which is $10.7k contribution.

IBM does 6%; 1% automatic and up to 5% match. Only do this for Senior Consultant (band 7) and above though and it’s deposited once a year on Dec 31 versus paycheck by paycheck. But 6% is definitely on the higher end from what I’ve seen from companies so I feel lucky.

@ op, Is 6% match after a year for college hires? Or for experienced hires too?

PWC Switzerland will do little above 14% if you put 7%.

Hello everyone. I am currently a HRIS call center rep. I assist clients with payroll, benefits, and platform questions daily. I am looking to move into a position more back office or even customer experience with less constant phone calls. I have over 10 years customer service experience. I also have history in the banking industry. I am about to start a bootcamp to become a Data Analyst but looking for a new role ASAP. Please let me know if you can help.

What exactly is the funda of it?
Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

What if in case I have LTA bill which is exceeding x amount itself, do I need to raise reimbursement request every month th with same bill?
