How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Bowl Leader
Personally, I find a bottle of Silver Oak to be pretty consistently well received.
Opus, Lafite, Mouton for high end. Overture, Silver Oak Napa, Caymus Special Select for mid high end cabs. Beaucastel, Clos du Pape, tiganello for imports. Caymus, Pride, frank family for other cabs

Amarone!
Caymus or Frank Family.
A1 - tough to find a better bottle for $50.
Champagne - Krug great although pricey. Some good growers in the $40-50 range.
The Prisoner
Taking a different approach from gifting bottles. I have friends who aren’t as into wine but want to learn more. I’ll usually do a pair of really nice wine glasses as the gift and then bring over a few cellar bottles from my collection and do a tasting with them so they can start to learn a bit more about what they like.
If I am buying bottles, verticals are my move.
Torbreck Runrig for wine, but most times it’s a bottle of Krug since it’s a special occasion.
For a special occasion, I go with a nice Barolo. Although I do lile "name" Napa vineyards, I also prefer lesser-known Sonoma and California Central Coast producers who aren't chasing Parker's 92 for that special bottle.
I think the most important thing is to have a story — my go to is I have a couple vineyards in Sonoma and Paso that I visited and really loved, and when I give someone a bottle of wine from there I can tell them about my experience there and why I think they would like the wine.
I feel like it’s a lot more meaningful to get/give a $30 - 50 bottle of wine that has meaning than a “nicer” Napa cab that’s twice as expensive (not to say that a Napa cab can’t also have a story behind it)
Something from Sheridan Vineyards
If you can find it, Clos du Jaugueyron Margaux
Mercury from Orin Swift or Insignia from Joseph Phelps
I love their wines. Always on my list when I visit Napa.
