Companies need divisions dedicated to the unique needs of humans but in a world where we care more about technology than the body that built it, is this the new normal?

Has anyone as landlord got money from the rental assistance program in New York? My tenants has started delaying paying rent way before Covid, but we cut them some slack bc they said it’s bc their grandfather died. When Covid happened, we are still trying to collect missing rent from the past. But then they came up with all the excuses, such as son has asthma, that same grandfather now is sick, etc. And then they just stopped paying completely, said the government will pay for everything.

My pie day pie (belated!) Ina Garten’s chocolate banana cream recipe. My first time ever making a pudding. I have to say it was amazing to go from muttering “oh shit” for a solid 20 minutes of mixing the eggs/milk too aggressively into a foam and finally seeing it condense into pudding. What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. Most of the time we have to explain every detail multiple times and they still don’t understand what we’re doing.
