10 year experience here and looking assess where I would stand.

We spoke to 200+ talents at Big tech (FAANMGS) and we were shocked about what we learned. Contrary to what people think; the product engineering folks are not that busy. They basically work about 20hrs a week. Meanwhile, the early-stage fast-growing Startups we are speaking with are desperate to work with Silicon Valley FAANG experts to help them build better, and launch faster.
