After you make Senior is the rule of thumb but if you find an offer where you’d make more than what a Senior makes, take it.

It definitely happens but I think it would usually be a yellow flag for an applicant to leave a role with less than a year completed.
Agree with advice that’s already been given. You want to try and stay at least a year unless you’re completely not aligned with your goals. For reference, I hopped once after 1.5 years, and another after 11 months. If you come across better opportunities then it’s up to you if taking a new job is the smart decision.
