When is the BNY Mellons promotion cycle?

Hi All,

I'm looking for suggestions.
I have completed ITIL v4 foundation certificate and looking forward to do next certification but unable to decide between ITIL strategist/ Azure Devops/ TOGAF 9.
Current Tech Stack - App support -> SQL/UNIX/ITIL/INCIDENT MANAGEMENT.
YOE- 6+ Years.

Please comment, if you have any other certificate suggestions as well for me.

I am an IT Professional with 15 + years of experience of which 12 years in mainframe programming across various domains insurance, banking, telecom etc currently working as a senior Technichal Business Analyst for Lending completed the Pspo1 certificate recently. I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team. Would any one be able to speak to this from experience or share advice

I just received an offer from BNY Mellon, and as per their terms and conditions mentions BNY can solely decide to reject or not accept our resignation letter, even though the notice says 60 days? Is it even legally allowed?
