When job applications have Desired salary. Should you put what u want? Or say open? Sometimes it wanted you to put $ amount, so I'm asking what if u just put "0" or open. Do they bypass your resume because they do want to know your salary expectations. Because it's hard to put an amount of you don't jno their base pay?

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor! I ended cutting my hand on an exacto knife and there was no first aid! Is this normal?
