Everything you do on the networks stays there for life so you should be careful with the reactions because surely someone will delete it that way, I already captured what you did.
They always go back to being kids and if a person online manages to get you into that mode imagine what they can do in real life?
We may be aware that the reason why people are so rude on social media is that they feel they have a shield that allows them to defend themselves against things, that is something that gives cowards strength.
Definitely, especially when it's your job and punching back at one of those people may mean losing your job. It's not worth it.
Completely agree with the comment above! That is literally my motto. Don't jeopardize your income over some dumbass who is trolling you in your own community.
We are community managers, that means MANAGING the community, whether it is good or bad users. Don't let them get to you. Unless they're paying your rent, then pay those people no mind.
It's always important to try to stay calm when we're feeling upset, especially online. Keeping our composure can help us avoid giving anyone additional material that they could use against us.
Remember that when we're feeling overwhelmed and emotional, it's natural to turn to the coping mechanisms we used when we were younger - so don't be too hard on yourself! As long as you don't go off on someone, nothing bad should happen.
I hate trolls, for real. It's like they got nothing to do and just sit at home all day, everyday, making people's lives miserable through a screen. You would think people would try to find value in their lives, but alas, that's not always how it is.
