Total comp can mean everything as opposed to a fixed base salary. Things like everything you mentioned + paid time off (I have 5 weeks off), even free food at work (before Shopify went full wfh the free food was a great benefit for a friend of mine in Ottawa - even if you just ate breakfast and lunch everyday at the office - you’re talking at least $30/day in free food) even membership fees paid like gym, etc, insurance (dental, etc), some have childcare assistance, I had my parking paid for back in the day ($220/month). These little things add up to big value over the long run.

Comp = base + bonus + stock (whether options, RSUs, grants, warrants, etc.)
I would not include food, parking, etc. but you can to make yourself feel better.
Benefits do play a bigger role but are not considered part of comp
