Apply directly on the company's website. It works best because it shows legit interest from you to a company. I am not sure about this, but companies save money and do not have to go through a third party that will charge them a commission.
I go directly to my desired company's website. There, I get the proper information I need.

Considering a number of moves. But equity research would be a priority. I have past experience working in asset management and am fully licensed so I would consider a move back to that as well

I usually research about the company first. Then I go to LinkedIn. Lastly, check if I know anyone who works there for referral and additional info.
I used Linked in and Indeed alot. I have found lots of good roles and opportunities on both. But I would aslo suggest tapping into your network of resources. Several times over my life I have had friends get me hired at great companies. It really is all aobut how you know.
