When there’s a lull at work, what the hell do you do with your time sheet? I ask for more work to do but tbh I cannot actually bill 40 hours sometimes. Feels like I’m gonna get my hand slapped for relying on admin time but literally don’t know how else to fill it out. What do you do?

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. Ok here’s a question. How many agencies ask their producers to do creative resource management? Enter their schedules into a large database, assign creatives to each part of the schedule, and estimate creative hours for each step. We have no creative resource manager (obviously).
