Likely not the first year. What you will hear is that it will get done “over a period of time” which could take 2-4 years to get to the same level
Where do you get your intel that specialist seniors are on average 130k? Also delivery center salaries I assume are typically lower. And PDM means...no firm activities, no proposals....you think PDM should make the same as the other career models? Sounds like you already know everything so not sure why you asked.
Salary is not typically adjusted just because you switch models. They adjust over time. If you switch at YE, your increase should reflect the move but they won’t automatically bump you to let’s say an average M. Also 109k isn’t bad at all USDC.
What are you saying!.. Specialist Seniors are making an average of 130k.. so how can 109k be good at Manager level?
Its not intel, its a fact. My colleagues are already Spl Seniors and that's where I got to know about the range. Again, I am not here because I know everything. My question was on conversion and whether you are brought to the same level or not which I believe is the main question not the salary ranges.
Unless you have all of the firm’s data on specialist senior salaries then I really don’t think you can say that it’s a FACT that average salary for a specialist senior is 130k. And no, they aren’t just going to bump you up by 40k or 50k just because you switch career models, jus like they wouldn’t bump you down if you switched the other way. Fact.
Not until next pay change.
Okay but will it get adjusted to the minimum salary band of a Spl Master in Sept 2019?
Alrighty, thanks a lot everyone.
