Start looking and only warn friends
Update your resume and start looking for a new opportunity. I would not talk to other employees there yet.
Warn people you’re close with. Don’t warn anyone with a big mouth unless you want it spreading and coming back to you as the source. Always say you heard it from someone else if you don’t trust someone.
Only the homies and start interviewing
Just post it up here!
Warn noone specific if you've heard names. Warn friends only to update resumes and/or get busy (in my field that means get on a client or work on immediate business development). Basically, if there are metrics for safety - meet them. If there aren't, accept that it can come for anyone.
