Because at EY 5 is the highest so that means highest bonus level hence performance based bonus, high incentive...

So much Kool Aid.

We used to have regular need gun shoot outs at midnight on one project. The client VP and partners were crack shots

5 rated. Who cares

Pics or it didn't happen

Nerf damn I'm drunk

One client we hung a fat head of the partners face from the ceiling and shot rubber bands at it and each other all busy season. It was the perfect stress relief.

Hi guys, I am working as an Investment Analyst for a boutique asset management firm in Toronto, Canada (4bn AUM) making 70k annually. I am 5 months into this role. Credentials: 6 months of prior experience in this industry at a small startup + 2 years of work exp in retail banking, CFA L2 candidate, part time masters of finance student, bachelors from outside of Canada. I want to find out if I’m being paid fairly or I should aim higher. I don’t know my bonus yet (discussion in Dec)

36/m/nyc/$221 + Bonus

I have so much student debt that I don't think I can pay off with my salary. It's really so depressing we don't do anything to help our teachers.

Received offer for what’s essentially my dream job. Unfortunately, total compensation will likely be $50-$75K less than current salary (it’s salary only—no bonuses or other real perks at current firm). Besides negotiating base, are folks asking for sign-on bonuses, or sign-on bonuses in lieu of base increase? I won’t even turn down the offer if there’s no negotiation. Current place is too toxic and opportunity is too good regardless. Just want to make the hit more palatable.

What’s the highest % salary increase your firm has matches from an outside offer (for generally the same position)?

Venturing into Agile

I currently work as an Change and Release manager. I became very interested in Agile and have pursued growing in knowledge. I have the PSM1 as well as the CSM. I also plan on doing the PSPO certification.
I am also in graduate school and a few classes shy of my MBA. I have over 20 years experience. I am curious as to what the salary range is for Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, or even Product Owners. Having this information will help me negotiate well in my next role.

What is the min and max salary I can expect with 2 YOE in SAP ABAP

Associates, what was your last year’s (pre-Covid) bonus, expressed as a percentage of your base salary? For the sake of context please also mention your firm size, practice area, and geographic market.

Are there any technical recruiters in here with 3 to 5 years of experience? What is your current salary and location?

Hi guys,

I am into java full stack development with 4 yoe.
I have two options
Accenture with 11.8 fixed + 20% variable. (Has joining bonus)
Amadeus with 16 fixed.

I am more concerned about the technology (angular, java, cloud), learning and job security.

I am confused between them. Please suggest. TIA.

Hi Sharks, I forgot to ask for joining bonus, my offer letter is released already, how should I ask for joining bonus now? If I ask now would they think I am a beggar?

Anybody have salary range info by level at Activate?

Have joined Cognizant 6 months ago. How much hike and bonus I can expect in Feb?

Comp Perspective. Income disparity between a Starbucks barista and consulting staff is the same as consulting staff and a partner.

5x-10x of a Starbucks Barista’s pay is roughly equivalent to an associate-manager’s pay at a consulting firm

5-10x of an associate-manager’s pay is roughly equivalent (or less) to a partners pay at a consulting firm

The income disparity is essentially the same between the two.

Now go get some coffee for the team..
