When your contract says 10-hour days but the expectation is 14, do you push back or just accept it as the “norm”? Where’s your line between being flexible and being exploited?

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department.
