Where are you in terms of layoffs? Isn’t there anything more important in 2020 than your awards? Has FCB’s thinking not evolved at all? 7th isn’t even that great for one of the top 4 biggest agencies on earth.

Offer help. I have 3 years in consulting and make 140k. I was laid off from ACN Strategy as an analyst and able to sell myself hard to another company. ACN wants me back, and will match my salary, but I am also getting offers from Firms for around 210 from different “boutique” consultancy and some T2.

Should I go back to ACN, make manager and look for an exit?

Should I join Deloitte Strategy as a SC make manager and exit?

At this point in the game it doesn't make a difference where you at everybody is getting laid off at one point or another the only thing I say is try to repair yourself for it if it happens to you

How diverse are advertising/portfolio/design schools? The lack of diversity there will make really hard to fix diversity in our industry. Maybe agencies could also sponsor more tuitions or something to make it more inclusive.
