Where do you all get management training? I feel like it isn't standard/given anymore and it causing me to feel like I'm lost (as a new manager). I want to know more about how to structure my time, what changes, and get best practices. I need to pass work off, but how do i not ovwhelm my directs? What do i fill in the slot?? I mean why is there no mgmt training prioritized. :(

Have any of you pursued a graduate certificate in cyber security? If so, did you find any value in it? I currently have Bachelors and Sec+. I’m looking to obtain my AWS CCP in the few coming weeks and was looking for what to get next. I entertain the idea of continuing to pursue my education but I don’t want to incur too much debt with a masters.

I am a senior Angular Developer with 7+ yrs of exp. I got an offer from EPAM Anywhere(not EPAM) with base CTC as 6 LPA and base+project CTC as 26 LPA complete remote work.
FYI if I go on bench I'll be getting only 50000/- INR per month instead of my 216000/- INR pm with working on the project.
Just wanted to know how EPAM Anywhere as a company is? What are the chances of someone going on a bench? Is it a good choice to select EPAM Anywhere at this stage of my career?
