Which brokerages allow you to set up automatic reoccurring investing into ETFs like QQQM without fees? I’m currently using SoFi and Robinhood for this and want to move to a more reputable brokerage.

I saw on the official/corp Fidelity reddit space that they are working on automated investing for stocks and ETFs for their Fidfolio product/service, for Q4 this year I believe.

Thank you! I’ll have to ask them.

I don’t think any of the big brokerages allow auto investing into ETFs at this point. I use fidelity and it literally takes 10 seconds to buy an ETF so it never bothered me. You can auto invest mutual funds

like

It just takes discipline. I transfer an amount to my brokerage every payday and buy the ETF I want at around 10 that day no matter what. Just takes less than a minute

ETFs are like stocks. Their prices change in real time. Why would a brokerage take on the additional risk of buying a share for you with this volatility?

If ETFs started to buy at certain time of the day how would they be different from index funds? They both exist for a reason. Choose the one that satisfies your needs; there's no logical reason for either to change their features.

Fractional shares are another matter. That'll probably be commonplace among all brokerages soon.

You can do this with vanguard mutual funds at vanguard.

Use M1 - I set up auto deposits weekly and it auto buys ETFs and stocks of my choosing. Can provide a referral if you want. Cool app too.

I feel like I've been living under a rock for ~5 yrs. I was happy and blowing off money with the thinking that I'll start saving once I start earning more.

Just realised that could've started early. I'm in mid 20s and thinking about investment. Tried watching YouTube videos. But I have pretty basic questions :
1. Where do I even start?
2. What %age of income should I invest?

I hope I'm not late.

I find it intriguing that Trump turned himself into a billionaire on his father’s investments. Then, he became President. Suddenly, all of the people he’s been doing business becoming a billionaire are now also billionaires fighting for the Trillionaire Club status. His net worth is probably going to surpass them all in the end. Quadrillionaire isn’t even in my keyboard’s dictionary yet...but it will be soon.

New Jersey partnership question.

Partnerships need to use market sourcing for purposes of calculating NR withholding tax (though NJ doesn't even call this withholding anymore).

However, for purposes of calculating the NJ distributive share of income, you apply Gross Income Tax (personal income tax) rules, which is 3 factor and includes COP.

If I end up with 0% apportionment under GIT and 10% apportionment under CBT (withholding tax), the partnership pays tax upfront but NRs get 100% refund?

How VISA in terms of flexibility and work Internationally on remote, do they allow to work from India during the holiday travel?

Square Veeva @teletracking

Trying to decide between 3 offers remote/Columbus

Square is 84k salary 5k bonus and 80k stocks vesting over 4 years
Veeva is 100k salary 20k bonus and 25k Stocks each year forever
Teletracking is 125k cash 5k bonus

I know about Square the most and if they paid closer to Veeva and Teletracking I’d probably go there but it seems like they underpay.
The Veeva culture seems really good but it’s a sustaining engineer position for year 1 so debugging
