#1) Company-A Fixed 30 LPA
#2) Company B Fixed 25 LPA+5L (stock)

Both are product company.

Which one is better option and why ? in terms of tax, better future and standard market.

Iqvia was famous to give single digit (4-5%) increment. Is it still the same case? Or things have improved to 12-14%? Based on performance and other factors for sure.

Big 4 firms are extremely risk averse. It obviously depends on the infraction but this considerably decreases your viability as a candidate, especially if it is for inappropriate behavior or financial malfeasance.
