Dear Amdocs Hiring Team, Thanks for the worst experience. You guys took almost 2 months for hiring process, asked for all the documents, even shared the CTC breakup over email and at last after multiple follow ups over calls and emails, you replied by stating that "Unfortunately , we are not moving ahead with your candidature at moment." When I asked the reason, you are clueless till now what to say? You guys even don't have enough courage to respond my calls. #Amdocs #Hiring
Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.

Hey there,
Full disclosure I don't work at the places you listed but I knew a few folk. They had skills and experience that directly lined up to their roles. Or they networked aggressively.
Good luck
Chief
I have 22 years of experience in aviation maintenance and currently work as a Sr. Systems Engineer (lead position) for Collins Aerospace/Raytheon Technologies.
I echo what C1 said about networking and experience being pinnacle. This is just my personal path to where I am; not all paths are the same. I had 6 years of military experience that opened the door for me to be an aircraft mechanic in the civilian sector for little over 10 years. That opened the door to be picked up by an engineer in the hangar whose partner was transferring about 5 years ago. Only because I was constantly in their office picking their brain and the engineering lead was impressed by my knowledge and organization skills on the aircraft. At the time I had no degree (I do now in Creative Writing but only to get a pay bump), just knowledge and connections.
Anyways, I wish you the best in your endeavors.
