Hi, To share my experience who are looking to exit. I am a director at KP, YOE consulting 12 years at 200K base 15% bonus: TD / RBC AVP, 160 - 170K Base 50% bonus + stock, etc. CPPIB D, 150 - 170K base 50% bonus CPPIB MD, 180 - 200K base 100% bonus (yes, 100%) Magna, MGR 175K base max SAKS Off 5th (US), D, 190K Base 15% bonus MLSE D, 140 - 160K, Kainos, architect, 190K base max. I ended up with a US based HR tech firm, Architect: 230K CAD 15% bonus stock options. Hope this helps!

For 6 yrs I was a traditional BPO Consultant and in Dec we were absorbed into the CX Journey Analytics team ("just the facts, Ma'am.). Also thinking of going the CFE route instead of CPA( did it a few times and haven’t passed ) but I pass the CPE reviews more. What position should I apply to or transfer into ?
