EM at OW unless you are not middle eastern and don’t plan to live in the region long term
The two firms have comparable reputations in the region, OW might even have a bigger alumni network because Bain is pretty small in the region. Bain has a better reputation in North America so if you plan to live there then Bain is your choice.
EM gives you better exit options. Overall, OW is comparable to Bain in terms of reputation and gives you better exits if you plan to remain in the region.

EM at OW pays significantly more than C at Bain, with a faster path to Partner. If you are commercially successful, OW Partners in Me also make infinitely more than Bain Partners. By a wide margin. Both firms are similar in size and prestige. Many would argue OW actually has a better brand recognition esp. in the KSA public sector domain.
Exit options outside the region don't matter. Whether you are from OW, Bain or McKinsey, moving geographies and industries at the same time is very very difficult, if not impossible, so I wouldn't factor that in decision making at all.

Not real difference in terms of exit options (which are pretty poor to begin with). Family business office, PIF or one of its giga projects, or some tech options but mostly sales & marketing focused.
Most expat consultants from outside the ME who leave consulting go back home

OW. Not even close
Depends on your long term goal. If it’s to use as a stepping stone, taking the higher title may be a better move. Ultimately the Bain name does carry more weight esp. in specific regions of the world (NA, Asia, etc.) so I’d think about that too.
The other element is the firm culture. OW and Bain are prettt distinct on this dimension so I’d take the time to speak to folks in both those firms and see what resonates mroe with you personally.
Finally, congrats! Two offers is great news regardless and all the best!
