Yes. I know it can be very hard and it’s easy to feel alone. I’m here if you want to talk. Give yourself grace 🫂

I was just thinking about renaming my online workout/support team GG - Grateful and Graceful. Grateful attitude helps me a lot. Giving myself grace for my errors and missteps without excusing them or ignoring them (knowing I can change and I am in control) helps. OP - happy to listen. I will say I am the overeater side. Not the underwater. And there’s never anything wrong with getting professional help. Never. Happy to help with getting you that, too.

The support from this community is amazing — thanks everyone. I struggle with binge eating and things are starting to get worse and worse and I just feel incredibly stuck, hopeless and frustrated with myself

I’ve started speaking to someone about it but it only really helps in the moment, and I haven’t told any of my friends or family about it because I’m just incredibly scared and embarrassed

like

Yes on and off for most of my life. Currently in what I refer to as a flare up. It’s really hard

At times.

Yes — how are you doing?

yes — bingeing as well as over restriction.

Yes in 2017 I was at my goal weight. I meticulously tracked macros in MFP which led to me not eating enough calories. I had major surgery and am now over 15 lbs heavier. I exercise daily but don’t track food anymore. I just can’t go back to that. 🥲

like

Oh yes. I still struggle sometimes

Stay Hydrated. Sometimes when you have cravings its really dehydration. If i dont drink enough water to start my day its trouble down the road.

Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building. Thought it’s just something residual after my cold but then I went for a week out of town and it disappeared completely only to start again when I got back and stepped into my building. Anyone experienced anything like that? I’m not going crazy, am I?

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. But where do I go? I think I need to step out of patient care.

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Need help with a formula. I’m downloading bank statements to excel and I’m trying to do a lookup so it fills in the category based on the bank description. The problem is I’m trying to use the entire bank description as my lookup value, but the table array I’m searching only has the first part of the descriptions (because the last parts are all different bank ref numbers). How can I do this?

This might be philosophical but wanted to understand if we should get satisfied and be happy with what we have or keep striving for more?

Reason I am asking this is - I earn close to 1.5 lakhs every month and if someone had told me this during my college days I would have taken it eyes closed thinking this is more than enough. But today, I am not able to be satisfied and I don't want this to become an affliction so thought to share with others here and get to know the general sentiments.
