I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Processing service for insurance agents in some companies has already gone AI. My agent for my insurance has already went that direction as they sale it but AI is now doing all the processing
Agree with adjuster - anything more rule driven with lots of data processing is a candidate, particularly where it streamlines sales as that is where companies are most motivated to improve things.
Actuarial jobs are getting outsourced right now. I would expect that more than AI. The reason is there is an awful lot of “actuarial judgement” going on in the back office if you look at anything related to models for how products work. It’s a constant dance of risk vs being competitive in the market. If the field wants to sell a product and an AI says “no”, I imagine that will not be a very productive outcome.
