I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? Moved to industry recently. I used to feel super guilty and anxious if I stepped away from my computer even for a bit. I had a micromanager prior to my current job which I think is why I still feel guilty if I’m not always online. Even for stepping away for lunch, I make sure I’m always checking my teams app on my phone in case something pops up. But they don’t, because people value their WLB here. How do I stop feeling so anxious or guilty whenever I take some time for myself?

Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. In a way, i do the job so well that i get asked to do more AD projs and guide more projs — but then: wtf does my CD do? They mostly just 👍🏻what i direct n approve
