What is better than unlimited? ;)
Unlimited just means they don’t have you pay your for unused time👀
KPMG is 20 and gets a Christmas and 4th of July break, which is 10 total.
Unlimited PTO is great and everyone needs to lean into it imho
Never, it’s such a turnoff.
PwC. 22 vacation plus unlimited sick time, and shut downs during weeks of July 4 and Christmas.
Shut downs for 5 days each of those weeks? So 10 extra days?
ACN gets ~25 days depending on your level. This includes sick time though so it’s a good deal if you don’t get sick.
No
I’ve taken 10 days off this year and have 16 PTO days right now(will keep accumulating)
Generally speaking unlimited (like we have at EY) is worse for the employee but if you’re disciplined and communicate well, it can be a big plus. Targeting (and on track for) 35 vacation days this year (before any holiday days)
As an M at Deloitte, I have 30 days PTO per year- other than generous disconnect days in Jul and Dec. On this front I have no complaints at D !
OP, I think Ms joining now get 25. Up until couple years back it was 30 for M and above.
M2: Dec disconnect has been there for good number of years now. Jul was started from last year IIRC.
