1. Infosys 18.25 LPA(15% variable) 1.25 JB
2. Infostrech (Apexon now) 21 fixed 1.25 JB

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with?
In terms of wlb (must for me as I am having small daughter to look after) & job security .

Please help.

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Why is it not easy for GOP to delay or cancel electoral certification on January 6th?

You got enough GOP congressmen and in my count, at least one GOP senator promising to block. Can they do this very easily and let the state delegation retain Trump and Pence? This seems a very real possibility to me at this point. I can never seem to under estimate GOP at this sort of thing.
