EXL : 19 fixed + 1.5 variable

Working on negotiations, which one would be better if Dentsu agrees to match the CTC.
Both offers hybrid mode, may be Dentsu could give WFH as well as they are still operating like that.

I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. I need help.
I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. Because of this i am literally scared to talk to him. I am almost depressed because of this. I don't know if it is my fault and if mine how to improve myself.I am very sad bcoz of this

I think everyone will agree with this that in last 1-2 years we have seen a tremendous change in Indian IT industry and tremendous growth in Salaries and negotiations. Can someone explain me the factors that are triggering it even when the world markets are in huge correction phase and we are also seeing layoffs and revoked offers.

Interview is aligned with ANSR ( going to be acquired by National Australia Bank). Can someone give insights about NAB (National Australia Bank) related to its culture, WLB and job stability? There is not much info about NAB.

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
