Which should I work on trying to obtain?
PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, or others? I have taken the PMP exam before about 3 years years ago but failed and didn’t have the courage to retake it again. However, I have been laid off recently so thinking of what I can do to be better/stand out. Thanks in advance!

How can one transition from a Visual/graphic designer in marketing to a product designer? And what’s it like being a product designer w a visual design background? Will you completely leave behind the graphic design world or are you still wearing many hats and still fulfilling that design and creative buzz? What courses, or resources do you have to make that jump? Can my portfolio have made up projects for this? I feel like I’m starting all over in design school! Haha.

I am currently practicing insurance litigation but am looking to transition into corporate law (M&A, private equity). I have heard horror stories about this practice area though. I am looking for input from those who practice in this area. Do you like it? Is it interesting? What are the hours like? I applied to B schools and while I got into a school I'm very happy with, another school that was my #1 rejected me outright when I felt I had a great shot. Furthermore, that school was close to both my and my wife's families. So despite the school im attending being better for my career, I can't help but feel that I've let my wife and both of our families down.
