PMP will be a great way to make sure I can reduce the amount I need to pay you and the seriousness with which anyone takes you. ITIL is basically just having a consistent dictionary. Agile ... is better. But if you don’t already know it, I’d focus on a combination of python and industry specific knowledge.
Assuming management consultant 1 is a PMP, are you asking if trees hire PMPs in particular? I can’t say with 100% certainty a tree has never tried to hire a PMP, but I can verify that’s a question that isn’t completely surprising from a PMP.
depends what work you are doing. Meaning to get ITIL myself. You’d be surprised how many business processes in IT are clunky or inefficient because of lack of ITIL knowledge

You can literally get Scrum Master done in 2 hours (including prep time) if you have worked in Scrum before.
Lean six sigma has good brand in certain quarters still, but if you’re talking to scientists, engineers, or mathematicians, it will get you laughed out of the room.
For the folks considering ITIL, ITIL V4 exam requires to read the material. Questions are quite conceptual and may sound tricky if you are not familiar with the specific definitions.
